+ I will accept merchandise only in its original condition for a full refund/exchange. I will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.

+ Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 30 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. Refunds may only be issued by PayPal.

+ Items produced specifically on request, custom made, custom-sized rings are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged.

+ Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and a notification will be sent once the return/exchange has been processed.

+ I strongly recommend shipping returned merchandise via registered / insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that the customer request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. I will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
